RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We strongly suggest that you check our size charts as most of our items are UNISEX sizes, unless specified otherwise. If you have reviewed all the sizing charts and still are unsure, please message us before placing your order. We are more than happy to assist with sizing questions. If you are placing a custom order with us, please review the cart sent to you and only submit payment if all the information is correct in the description of each item being customized. We are not responsible for any errors on the order form once reviewed & returned by the consumer. We currently do not accept returns as each item is custom made to order, but can offer exchanges on damaged items due to shipping within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking (upon discussion & agreement only). This excludes all custom orders and size errors. No Exceptions.
To exchange an item, please contact us and request an exchange. As all our items are custom made to order, the acceptance of an exchange will be based off of each circumstance (not related to sizing issues unless otherwise discussed). Once we receive your item in original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, we will offer the exchange of the same item in a different size. Additional charges may apply. Customers are responsible for all shipment costs to exchange their item.

Please note, exchanges may take up to 7-14 business days after receiving the item to be processed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges/returns. Any questions please contact us.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All orders are FINAL - We do not offer cancellation on orders placed due to the charges & fees allocated with such request from the processing host. If there are any changes or updates to your order, send us an email or DM and we will make the manual changes on our end. We are a small business and therefore cannot offer such service. Thank you for your understanding!
